Timeless Modern is home to a lively family of five, designed to strike that delicate balance: formal, yet never fussy. At its core, this project was about creating a space that could keep up; the thoughtful storage and organization solutions ensure everything has its place. Gone are the days of allowing clutter to be a byproduct of young kiddos!

This home is layered with stories. Vintage rugs, some over 90 years old, anchor the rooms, while treasured pieces collected through travel have been carefully curated with the intention of one day being passed down. Entertaining is second nature to this family, so a highly functional dining space became a priority. A custom 9-foot table paired with a 10-foot buffet offers ample room for gathering, and generous storage for serveware and heirloom china passed down through generations.

While the home’s 90s bones remain, they’ve been reimagined with a fresh perspective: thoughtful investments in lighting, playful colour and wallpaper moments, and a full bathroom renovation designed for their kids' next chapter (hello skincare and cosmetics collections!). The result is a home that blends maturity with moments of fun: rich materials, layered collections, and deeper tones that create a sense of quiet indulgence.
